Idle Candy Breaker does not collect, store, share, or sell any personal information about you. Your game progress lives entirely on your own device. This page explains the details.

Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to Idle Candy Breaker (the "Game"), whether you play it in a web browser at https://iftd.me or as an Android app installed from Google Play. The Game is operated by I Forgot Trash Day, LLC ("we," "us," "our").

What information we collect

None. We do not collect, request, or transmit any personal information about you. Specifically:

• We do not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, or date of birth.

• We do not require you to create an account or log in.

• We do not access your device's location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or files.

• We do not use analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking pixels.

• We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. (See "Local game storage" below.)

• We do not link any data we receive to your real-world identity.

The only situation in which you actively share information with us is if you choose to email us about privacy or support questions. In that case we receive only what you put in your email (typically your email address and your message). We use that information solely to reply to you and do not share it with anyone or use it for marketing.

Local game storage

To save your progress, the Game stores game-state data — such as your level, money, gold, ball counts, upgrade levels, and boss-fight outcomes — in your browser's local storage on your own device. This data:

• Stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us, our servers, or any third party.

• Is accessible only to the Game running in your own browser/app.

• Can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's site data, by using the in-game "Reset Save" button, or by uninstalling the app.

Local storage is a standard browser feature and is not a cookie. We do not use cookies.

Third-party services we rely on

The Game depends on a small number of third-party services for delivery only. We do not control what these services may collect on their own:

• Netlify (https://www.netlify.com) hosts and serves the Game files. Like all web hosts, Netlify automatically processes standard request information (such as IP address, browser type, and request time) for security and reliability purposes. We do not access, retain, or use these logs. See Netlify's privacy policy for details.

• Google Fonts (https://fonts.google.com) provides the "Lilita One" display font used in the Game's user interface. When your browser fetches the font, Google may receive your IP address as part of standard web requests. See Google's privacy policy for details.

We do not use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking, analytics, or advertising service.

Children

The Game is rated for general audiences and is suitable for players ages 13 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, and we particularly do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Because we do not collect personal information at all, no special parental-consent process is needed.

In-app purchases, ads, and external links

The Game contains no in-app purchases, no advertising, and no external links that take you outside the Game.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

Because we do not collect, sell, share, or otherwise process personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act:

• We have no personal information to provide, delete, or correct in response to a consumer request.

• We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• We do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Because we do not collect or process personal data as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation:

• We are not a controller or processor of personal data with respect to your use of the Game.

• There is no lawful basis to identify because no processing occurs.

• The standard GDPR data-subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection) do not have applicable data to act on.

If you contact us by email, the lawful basis for processing your message is your consent in initiating the communication and our legitimate interest in replying to support inquiries. We retain such email correspondence only as long as needed to address your inquiry.

"Do Not Track" signals

The Game does not track you across websites or services, so there is nothing for a "Do Not Track" browser signal to opt out of. We honor the spirit of these signals by collecting nothing in the first place.

Data security

Because no personal data leaves your device, there is no central database for us to protect. Game-state data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's standard security mechanisms (operating system, browser sandbox, etc.).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the Game or in applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Material changes will also be communicated through an in-game notice or in the Google Play Store listing.
